Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 25430-2010 "Specifications for Rotary Blowout Preventers for Drilling Through Equipment". Compared with GB/T 25430-2010, The main technical changes outside the editorial changes are as follows.

--- Removed the pressure rating and size list of the flange connection (see Table 2 of the 2010 edition);

--- Specifications have increased the diameter of the inner hole protector with assembly [see 4.3.5.1.1e)];

--- Added device size list (see Table 2);

--- Increased test mandrel size requirements [see Table 3, note c)];

--- Increased safety procedures should meet the requirements of the manufacturer's written procedures (see 4.7.2.1);

--- Modified the description method of the RCD test procedure, including the requirements for different types of RCD tests in Table 4 (see 4.7.2, 2010 edition Table B.1);

--- Modified the rated dynamic pressure test time [see 4.7.2.4, 2010 version B.4.5j)];

--- Modified the number of disassembly cycles of the rubber core disassembly test, from "200 disassembly cycles" to "100 disassembly cycles" [see 4.7.2.5, 2010 version B.4.3d)];

--- Revised the leakage requirements for the life test under pressure (see 4.7.2.7, B.4.4 of the 2010 edition);

--- Removed the description of the closing pressure (see 4.8.1.3, 2010 version 4.8.1.3);

--- Modified the operation manual requirements [see 4.9k), 4.9k in 2010 version];

--- Modified the description of material requirements and welding requirements (see Chapter 5, Chapter 6, Chapters 5 and 6 of the 2010 edition);

--- Modified the quality control requirements for measurement and test equipment, qualification of quality control personnel, equipment and parts, special equipment and parts (See 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, Chapter 7 of the 2010 edition);

--- Modified the standard length of the diameter gauge (see 7.5.7.4, 2010 version 7.5.7.4);

--- Deleted the description of the RCD rubber core test procedure and added a description of the fully enclosed pressure (see 7.5.7.7.4, 7.5.7.7.2 of the 2010 version);

--- Added RCD factory acceptance test matrix (see 7.6);

--- Removed the identification requirements and location of the clamp (see Table 6, Table 16 of the 2010 edition);

--- Removed the requirement of 10 times repeated pressure test for sealing performance [see A.5.1d) 5), 2010 version B.4.1d) 5)];

--- Deleted the specific value of each increase in closing pressure [see A.5.1e) 4), 2010 version of B.4.1e) 4)];

--- Modified the number of cycles of the fatigue test rubber core switch, replacing 365 times with 364 times (see A.5.2, B.4.2 of the 2010 edition);

--- Modified the number of disassembly and assembly tests of rubber core, from "200 times" to "100 times" [see A.5.3d), 2010 version B.4.3d)];

--- Increased drilling test content at rated pressure (see A.5.4);

--- Modified the content of life test under pressure (see A.5.5, B.4.4 of 2010 edition);

--- Removed "Recommended Practices for Heat Treatment Equipment" "Typical Weld Bevel Design" "RCD Purchasing Guide" "Failure Report" "GB/T Six appendixes such as the ring number of the device in 20174 "and" Comparison of this standard with the tables in APISpec16RCD "(see the 2010 edition)

1 Scope

This standard specifies the safety, interchangeability, design, materials, welding, Requirements for quality control, marking and storage and transportation. This standard specifies requirements for key components.

This standard applies to active (see Figure 1), passive (see Figure 2) and hybrid (see Figure 3) rotary blowout preventers, RCD rotary assemblies (including Metal parts and non-metal parts), RCD sealing rubber core (active and passive) and RCD body clamp design and manufacturing. This standard does not apply Field use or field test in RCD.
