Scope

GB/T 25258-2010 is the English-translated version of 过氯乙烯树脂防腐涂料.

GB/T 25258-2010 sets the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage rules for perchloric vinyl resin anticorrosive coatings.

Clause 1 applies the standard to anticorrosive coatings made with that resin as the main film-forming material, and names their main use as the anti-corrosion protection of the surfaces of chemical equipment, piping, steel structures and concrete structures of various kinds.

Clause 3, Technical requirements, carries the whole set of product limits in a single table: the part of Table 1 the draft reaches gives a viscosity, measured with the coated-4 cup, of at least 30 s and a non-volatile content of at least 20%, and shows that hiding power in g/m2 is capped separately for white, for black and for the other colours, although the numerical limits for hiding power are not printed.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of perchlorethylene resin anticorrosive coatings.

This standard applies to perchlorethylene resin as the main film material made of perchlorethylene resin anti-corrosion coating. Mainly used for a variety of chemical industry Equipment, piping, steel structure, concrete structure of the surface of the anti-corrosion protection.
