Scope
GB/T 25230-2010 is the English-translated version of 粮油机械 打麸机.
GB/T 25230-2010 specifies the working principle, the model designation and basic parameters, the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the requirements for signs, packaging, transport and storage of the bran machine used in grain and oil processing.
Clause 1 applies it to the horizontal single-body or double-body sieve drum bran machines used in wheat processing to loosen the bran and remove the powder adhering to it.
Clause 3, Working principle, describes a rotor made of several plates mounted inside a sieve cylinder: the rotation of the rotor plates stirs and blows the bran mixture fed into the sieve, so that the endosperm powder on the surface of the bran is separated through the screen.
Clause 4, Models and basic parameters, sends the model designation method to Appendix A, which the foreword declares a normative appendix, and lists the basic parameters that have to be declared, namely model, screen size as diameter and length, spindle speed, motor power, handling capacity and the service life of key and purchased components such as the screen sieve plate, the playing board and the bearings, all of which it requires to be marked clearly in the operating manual and the other technical documents.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the working principle, model and basic parameters of the bran machine, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation Input and storage requirements.
This standard applies to the processing of wheat loose and remove the bran on the adhesive powder of the horizontal monomer or double body sieve drum bran machine.

3 Working principle
A rotor composed of a plurality of plates is mounted in a sieve cylinder and the bran mixture entering the sieve is subjected to the rotation of the rotor plate Stir and blow, so that the endosperm powder attached to the surface of the bran is separated by sieve.
