3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Coal seam water injection
Inject water in areas where the coal seam has impact risk, change the physical and mechanical properties such as the impact tendency of the coal seam, and reduce the impact risk method.
3.2 High pressure coal seam water injection
The use of high-pressure water injection pumps to inject water into the coal seams that are dangerous for mining, increase the seam cracks in the high-stress area, and release or transfer the coal Layer stress.
3.3 Hydrostatic coal seam water injection
Use the hydrostatic pressure in the water supply pipeline to inject water into the coal seam with impact risk, increase the water content of the coal body, reduce or release the coal body stress.
3.4 Original water content of coal seam
The ratio of the mass of water in the coal mass to the mass of the dry coal mass before water injection into the coal seam.
3.5 Water content after water injection
The ratio of the mass of water in the coal mass to the mass of the dry coal mass after water injection into the coal seam.
