Scope
GB/T 24868-2010 is the English-translated version of 沙打旺种子生产技术规程.
GB/T 24868-2010 lays down the technical rules for astrogalus adsurgens seed production.
Clause 1 states that it covers the environmental conditions, the preparation of the seed field and of the planting material, the planting technique, seed field management, harvesting, drying, cleaning, grading, inspection and packaging, and that it applies to milkvetch seed production; no exclusion is stated.

Clause 4 covers land selection, the isolation distance, which it refers to NY/T 1210, and tillage, with autumn deep plowing to a depth of about 30 cm, before the draft breaks off.

It was proposed by the People's Republic of China Ministry of Agriculture, administered by the National Standardization Technical Committee of animal husbandry and drafted by the Ministry of Agriculture forage and turfgrass seed Quality Supervision and Testing Center offices at Hohhot and Lanzhou. It was issued on 2010-06-30 and has applied since 2011-01-01.

The standard proposed by the People's Republic of China Ministry of Agriculture.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the adsurgens (AstragalusadsurgensPal.) Seed production of environmental conditions, seed fields and planting material Preparation, planting techniques, seed field management, harvesting, drying, cleaning, grading, inspection and packaging.
This standard applies to milkvetch seed production.

3 Environmental conditions
3.1 Temperature Requirements
Suitable >=10 °C accumulated temperature above 2800 °C, frost-free period 150d above areas. The weather should be mature and big temperature difference between day and night wind small.
3.2 Water Requirements
Suitable for annual rainfall of 300mm ~ 400mm area. The area is less than 300mm, should Irrigation. Maturity Weather It should be sunny and dry.
3.3 Soil requirements
Should be in neutral or slightly alkaline soil grown fond of chestnut soil, sandy loam.
3.4 Illumination requirements
Should have adequate long-day conditions, the growth of sunshine hours should be more than 2200h.
4 Seed fields ready
4.1 Land Select
Seed fields should choose open terrain, ventilation, adequate light, land leveling, deep soil, moderate fertility, convenient irrigation and drainage water, fewer weeds, disease, Insect, rodent, bird damage light, easy isolation block. Seed fields before nearly four years without a dozen other varieties of raw Changsha busy.
4.2 Isolation distance
Seed fields isolation distance should be consistent with NY/T 1210 requirements.
4.3 Tillage
Fine soil preparation before sowing should be good grasp of deep plowing, shallow rake, light Mo, soil moisture and other sectors.
