Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 24834-2009 "Technical Specifications for Fittings of 1000kV AC Overhead Transmission Lines" and is consistent with GB/T 24834- Compared with:2009, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Added "Terms and Definitions" (see Chapter 3);

b) Added new manufacturing process and rubber requirements for spacer rods (see 5.1);

c) Changed the spacer rod flexibility and wire clamp parameter requirements (see 5.1, 4.1 of the:2009 version);

d) Added new manufacturing process requirements for suspension clamps (see 5.2);

e) Changed the strength requirements for suspension wire clamping panels (see 5.2, 4.2 of the:2009 edition);

f) The key dimensions and material performance requirements of tension clamps and connecting fittings have been changed (see 5.3, 4.3 of the:2009 edition);

g) Added recommended materials and material properties for connecting hardware in low-temperature operating environments (see 5.5);

h) The processing technology of connecting hardware such as U-shaped rings and right-angle hanging plates has been changed to integral forging (see 5.5, 4.5 of the:2009 edition);

i) Add requirements for pre-twisted anti-vibration hammer pre-twisted wire (see 5.7);

j) Table 3 "Items and Quantities of 1000kV AC Line Fitting Tests" has been deleted (see Table 3 of the:2009 version).

1 Scope

This document specifies the general requirements, technical requirements, marking, packaging and accompanying hardware for 1000kV AC overhead transmission line conductor ground wires. Implementation documents, etc:, describe the test methods and judgment criteria.

This document is applicable to the design, manufacturing, testing, and acceptance of supporting hardware for ground conductors of 1000kV AC overhead transmission lines.
