Foreword

GB/T 24809 "Crane institutional requirements" is divided into five sections.

--- Part 1. General;

--- Part 2. Mobile cranes;

--- Part 3. Tower cranes;

--- Part 4. jib cranes;

--- Part 5. Bridge and gantry cranes.

This is Part 1 GB/T 24809 of.

This part identical with ISO 10972-1:1998 "Cranes institutional requirements - Part 1. General" (in English).

This section is equivalent translation ISO 10972-1:1998.

For ease of use, this section made the following editorial changes.

--- The term "this part of ISO 10972" with the words "GB/T 24809 in this section";

--- Delete ISO 10972-1:1998 Foreword and Introduction;

"." --- With a decimal point instead of a comma as the decimal point, "";

--- For ISO 10972-1:1998 international standard references have been adopted as the equivalent of the standard with our standard replaces the corresponding International standards, other non-identical with direct reference to international standards for our standards.

This part is proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.

1 Scope

This section GB/T 24809 specifies the GB/T 6974.1, GB/T 6974.3 and ISO 4306-2 defined cranes and lifting Agencies and relevant parts of the equipment generally applicable requirements.

These requirements include.

a) organization overall layout and design;

b) the choice of components and/or design requirements;

c) provisions relating to the manufacture, erection, installation and testing.

This section GB/T 24809 does not include involve various limit states (such as yield strength, fatigue, wear, etc.) the ability of checking rules.
