Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.
This document is Part 1 of GB/T 24170 "Surface Antibacterial Stainless Steel". GB/T 24170 has released the following parts.
---Part 1: Electrochemical method.
This document replaces GB/T 24170.1-2009 "Surface Antibacterial Stainless Steel Part 1: Electrochemical Method" and is consistent with GB/T 24170.1- Compared with.2009, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Modified the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2009 edition);
b) Added terms and definitions for antibacterial durability and surface antibacterial stainless steel (see Chapter 3);
c) Ordering content has been deleted (see Chapter 4 of the 2009 edition);
d) Changed the requirements for appearance quality, color difference, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance (see 4.1, Chapter 5 of the 2009 edition);
e) Added health and safety performance requirements and test methods (see 4.2 and 5.2);
f) Added requirements and test methods for antibacterial durability (see 4.3 and 5.3);
g) Added requirements for Candida albicans (see 4.3);
h) Added requirements for the microstructure morphology of the covering layer and test methods (see 4.4 and 5.4.1);
i) Change "Packaging, Marking and Quality Certificate" to "Labeling, Packaging, Transport and Storage" (see Chapter 7, Chapter 8 of the 2009 edition chapter).
Introduction
Surface antibacterial stainless steel materials and their products are mostly used in food and water-related fields, and are closely related to people's health. To make standards more operational sex, applicability and scientificity, resolve issues such as technological progress and user concerns during the implementation process, and better guide surface antibacterial stainless steel steel The application of its products and the protection of users' health require revision of this national standard. According to surface antibacterial stainless steel and its products According to the process characteristics, GB/T 24170 is planned to consist of the following three parts.
---Part 1: Electrochemical method. The purpose is to provide sanitary protection for surface antibacterial stainless steel and its products obtained by electrochemical methods. Health safety and antibacterial performance requirements and their measurement methods.
---Part 2: Plasma method. The purpose is to provide surface antibacterial stainless steel and its products obtained by plasma method. Hygienic safety and antimicrobial performance requirements and methods of measurement.
---Part 3: Ion implantation method. The purpose is to provide antibacterial surface antibacterial stainless steel and its products obtained by ion implantation. Provides hygienic safety and antibacterial performance requirements and their measurement methods.
