GB/T 23809.3-2020 is the English-translated version of 应急导向系统设置原则与要求第3部分：人员掩蔽工程.

GB/T 23809.3-2020 is the part of the Chinese series on emergency guidance systems that covers personnel shelters.

It gives the terms and definitions, the composition of the emergency guidance system of a shelter project, the general rules, and the guiding elements of each sub-system - for leading people in, inside the sheltering area and for leading them out - with their setting range and setting requirements.

It applies to the design and installation of emergency guidance systems in personnel shelter projects. Designers, civil defence authorities and the operators of shelters use it. Issued on 31 March 2020, it has applied since 1 October 2020.

GB/T 23809 "Principles and Requirements for the Setup of Emergency Guidance System" is divided into 3 parts.

This part is Part 3 of GB/T 23809.

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 23809 defines the composition of the emergency guidance system for personnel shielding engineering and determines the emergency guidance for personnel shielding engineering The guiding elements in the system stipulate the setting range and setting requirements of the guiding elements in each sub-guiding system.

This section applies to the design and installation of emergency guidance systems for personnel masking projects.

4 Composition of emergency guidance system for personnel masking project

4.1 Subsystem

The emergency guidance system for personnel sheltering works consists of the following interrelated subsystems.
