Foreword
GB/T 23809 "Principles and Requirements for the Setup of Emergency Guidance System" is divided into the following parts.
--- Part 1.Inside the building;
--- Part 2.Outside the building;
--- Part 3.Personnel masking works.
This part is part 1 of GB/T 23809.
This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part replaces GB/T 23809-2009 "Principles and Requirements for the Setup of Emergency Guidance System". Compared with GB/T 23809-2009
To be changed as follows.
--- Change Safetywayguidancesystems in English name to Emergencyguidancesystems;
--- Deleted the design example of emergency guidance system (see Appendix A of.2009 edition);
--- Increased visibility and recognizability of phosphorescent emergency guidance elements and their size and location (see Appendix C).
This part uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 16069..2017 "Graphic Symbol Safety Sign Emergency Guidance System"
(SWGS) ".
Compared with ISO 16069..2017, this part has the following structural changes.
--- The natural paragraph under each chapter is set as untitled;
--- Figure 1 is adjusted to Table 1, and the numbers of the remaining tables are extended;
--- The numbering of Figure 2 is adjusted to Figure 1.
The technical differences between this part and ISO 16069..2017 and the reasons are as follows.
--- With regard to normative quotation documents, this part has been adjusted with technical differences to adapt to my country's technical conditions and adjustments
The situation is reflected in Chapter 2 "Regulatory Reference Documents", with specific adjustments as follows.
* Replace ISO 3864-1 with GB/T 2893.1-2013 modified to adopt international standards;
* Replace ISO 3864-3 with GB/T 2893.3 modified to adopt international standards;
* Replace ISO 3864-4 with GB/T 2893.4-2013 modified to adopt international standards;
* Replace IEC 60598-2-22 with GB 7000.2 equivalent to international standards;
* Replace IEC 60364-5-56 with GB/T 16895.33 equivalent to international standards;
* Replace ISO 23601 with GB/T 25894 modified to adopt international standards;
* Replace ISO 7010 with GB/T 31523.1 modified to adopt international standards;
* Adjusted ISO /CIE19476 from references to normative references;
* Added references to GB/T 15565, GA480.3;
--- Move part of 5.1.1.3 to "Chapter 1 Scope" (see Chapter 1);
--- Because of the increased reference to GB/T 15565, "Chapter 3 Terms and Definitions" have deleted some duplicates with GB/T 15565
the term;
--- Deleted the descriptive clauses (see Chapter 4, paragraph 1, international standards, Chapter 4, paragraph 1);
--- Removed some repetitive clauses, such as the original 5.1.4 paragraph 1 second sentence, and the first half sentence of 5.2 paragraph 5 duplicate, delete 5.2
Content; the original 5.1.5 last sentence and the 5.4.2 paragraph 4, 6.3.2 last paragraph, 7.3.2 last paragraph last sentence, 7.4.2 paragraph
Repeat 2 paragraphs, perfect the content in 5.1.5, delete other repetitive content in the text; the penultimate paragraph of the original 5.1.1 is in
The remarks of 5.2 and 5.3.3 are repeated, and the repetitive content in the note is deleted; the first two sentences of 5.3.2 are repeated and the two sentences are merged; the original 5.4.4
Paragraph 3 is the same as the first sentence of 6.3.3 and the third paragraph of 7.4.3, perfect the content in 5.4.4, and delete other repetitive content in the text;
--- According to the original text and drafting rules in conjunction with national standards, the last paragraph of 5.1.1 was deleted, and the second half of the last paragraph of 5.1.3 was changed to
