1 Scope
This standard specifies the China ISTC structure, distribution and use of the principle, and associated metadata management and maintenance.
This standard applies to all the abstract intellectual or artistic creation constituted by the combination of words.
This standard does not apply to any textual work physical products, including a variety of printed publications or electronic format based on the content of their work.

3 Terms and Definitions
