Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 23659-2009 "copier roller", and GB/T 23659-2009 compared to the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Adjust the scope of the standard (see Chapter 1, 2009 Edition Chapter 1);

--- Modify the product mark (see 3.2, 2009 edition 3.2);

--- Increased type III paper roller structure diagram (see 4.3);

--- Adjust the physical and mechanical properties of rubber roller requirements (see 5.1.2.5.1.3, 2009 edition 5.1.2, 5.1.3);

--- Modify the pressure roller sleeve size and tolerance (see 5.1.5, 2009 version 5.1.5);

--- Modify the rubber roller core requirements, an increase of test methods (see 5.2, Appendix A, 2009 version 5.2);

--- Modify the rubber roller hardness deviation and the same root hardness difference (see 5.3.1, 2009 Edition 5.3.1);

--- Modify the rubber roller size tolerances, and increase the size of the type III paper roller roll tolerance (see 5.3.2, 2009 Edition 5.3.2);

--- Modify the requirements of the roller coating surface roughness (see 5.3.3.3, 2009 Edition 5.3.3.2);

--- Modify the paper roller rotation torque requirements (see 5.3.2.4, 2009 Edition 5.3.4.2);

--- Modify the requirements of the limit of hazardous substances (see 5.3.5, 2009 edition 5.3.3.1.3);

--- Modify the tensile strength of fluorocarbon materials, tensile elongation measured by the method (see 6.1.2.2, 2009 edition 6.2.2);

--- Increasing the size of the sleeve and tolerance measurement method (see 6.1.3);

--- Increasing the method of determination of harmful substances (see 6.3.6);

--- Modify the inspection rules (see Chapter 7, 2009 Edition Chapter 7).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the electrostatic copier fixing system, the drive system and paper system with a roller (hereinafter referred to as Cots) product classification and standard Note, product structure, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to electrostatic copier roller.
