Foreword

This document complies with the regulations of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Custom drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 23271-2009 "Molybdenum disulfide". Compared with GB/T 23271-2009, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes In addition, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Changed the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2009 edition);

b) Changed the technical requirements for chemical composition (see 5.1, 3.2 of the 2009 edition);

c) Changed the technical requirements for granularity (see 5.5, 3.3 of the 2009 version);

d) The product inspection items and sampling regulations have been changed (see 7.4.1, Table 3 of the 2009 version);

e) Added accompanying files (see 8.3).

1 Scope

This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and accompanying documents of molybdenum disulfide and order form contents.

This document applies to molybdenum disulfide products produced by natural methods.

4 Categories

Products are divided into 5 brands based on chemical composition. FMoS2-1 grade is mainly used for catalysts or catalyst raw materials; FMoS2-2, FMoS2-3, FMoS2-4 and FMoS2-5 grades are mainly used for solid lubricants (oils, pastes), dispersions, friction modifiers, wear-resistant and anti-friction coatings and the manufacture of molybdenum metal compound.
