Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 22701-2008 "Professional Clothing Inspection Rules", compared with GB/T 22701-2008 main technical changes as follows:

--- Revised the scope of application of the standard (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2008 edition);

--- Removed from the normative references the documents that are not normatively referenced (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2008 edition);

--- Modified the content and English terms of professional clothing, professional uniforms, and professional workwear (see Chapter 3,.2008 edition 3.1 ~ 3.3);

--- Modified the expressions of factory inspection and quality consistency inspection (see 4.2, 4.3,.2008 version 4.2, 4.3);

--- Increased inspection basis (see 5.1, 5.2);

--- Amended the content outlined in the inspection items and the requirements for use instructions; deleted the durability label, fiber content, Rules for washing instructions; revised rules for appearance sewing quality, physical and chemical properties, and special functions (see 6.1 ~ 6.6,.2008 edition 5.1 ~ 5.4);

--- Added in the sampling plan "where the supply and demand parties have agreed in the contract (agreement), the sampling plan stipulated in the contract (agreement) will be implemented" (See 7.2.2,.2008 version 6.2);

1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 15557 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 Professional clothing The clothing worn by members of a society or industry in order to show their overall image and work needs at work.

Note. Including occupational uniforms and occupational overalls.

3.2 Professional uniforms A certain kind of industry (or group) designs and manufactures clothing to unify the image or reflect the characteristics of the industry (or group).

3.3 Professional workwear In order to meet the requirements of work, the appearance and structure are designed, and convenience, protection, and safety work are strengthened and clothes with certain functions are attached. 4 Inspection classification

4.1 stereotype inspection The final inspection is based on the process design book or the physical standard sample, and the samples are sealed according to the styles and materials confirmed by the supply and demand parties, as the factory inspection. 4.2 Factory inspection The factory inspection is performed before the product is delivered, and it is carried out by the supplier or according to the contract (agreement) between the supplier and the buyer.

4.3 Quality consistency inspection Quality consistency inspection is generally performed when quality arbitration or judicial appraisal is required after delivery.

5 Inspection basis

5.1 Where there is a contract (agreement) stipulated by both the supply and demand parties, the provisions of the contract (agreement) shall be used as the inspection basis, but it shall comply with relevant national laws. Regulations and technical standards.

6.1 Overview

6.1.1 The inspection items include five aspects. instructions for use, appearance sewing quality, safety performance, physical and chemical properties, and special function requirements. Various inspections The items tested are.

6.1.2 The contract (agreement) between the supplier and the purchaser shall specify the number of the relevant standard and the corresponding quality level of the standard. See Appendix A for common product standards. 6.2 Instructions for use

6.2.1 The instructions for use of each (set) product should be implemented in accordance with GB/T 5296.4, or as stipulated in the contract (agreement) between the two parties.

6.2.2 Occupational tooling with special functions should be clearly stated in the instructions for use.

6.2.3 Each product (set) should be easily damaged due to improper use, products with maintenance and care requirements, and products with special requirements for storage. Expressed in the instructions for use.

6.3 Appearance sewing quality

6.3.1 The quality of appearance sewing shall be in accordance with the contract (agreement) between the supplier and the buyer.

7.1 Batch rules

7.1.1 The inspection lot for the factory inspection should be based on the same production process sheet or the same production lot of the same variety and style as one inspection lot.

7.1.2 The inspection lot for quality consistency inspection should be the order quantity under one contract (agreement) or one delivery lot quantity as one batch.

7.2 Sampling plan

7.2.1 The inspection samples shall be randomly selected from the qualified batch of products inspected by the factory. II stipulates that a sampling plan for normal inspection is adopted. When the number of batches is less than 16 (sets), the sample size is the number of batches, and the number of receptions Ac is 0, the number of rejections Re is 1.

7.2.2 Where there is a contract (agreement) stipulated by both the supply and demand parties, the sampling plan specified in the contract (agreement) shall be adopted.

7.2.3 Fully inspect the sample product instructions (except the composition and content of the raw materials) and the appearance sewing quality. 8 Decision rules

8.1 Single item determination The instructions for use of the samples and the appearance of sewing quality are inspected according to pieces (sets), and the requirements that meet the requirements of

8.2 Batch determination
