Foreword

This document conforms to GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting is scheduled.

This document replaces GB/T 22562-2008 "Elevator T-shaped Guide Rails". Compared with GB/T 22562-2008, the main differences are in structural adjustments and coding.

Aside from the logical changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The scope of application has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2008 edition);

b) The terminology and definitions for elevator T-rails and rail connecting plates have been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2008 edition).

c) The definition of symbol p in Table 1 has been changed (see Table 1, 2008 version).

d) The mechanical property requirements for the guide rail raw materials were changed, and the final performance requirements for the /B and /BE guide rails were added (see Chapter 5, 2008).

e) A fifth element for guide rail naming has been added (see 6.1);

f) The requirements for guide rail dimensions have been changed (see 6.2.2.1, 6.2.2 in the 2008 edition).

g) The requirement that "other sizes of guide rails may be available when there is a special agreement between the guide rail manufacturer and the customer" has been removed (see 2008).

Version 6.2.2);

h) The thickness dimension p at the bottom bolt connection of the guide rail has been increased (see Figure 2, Figure 3, Table 6, and Figure 8);

i) A partial view was added, clarifying the measurement of the thickness f at the root of the guide rail cross-section and the thickness g at the end of the guide rail cross-section.

Measurement location (see Figures 2 and 3);

j) The model numbers of preferred and non-preferred size guide rails have been changed, and some non-preferred guide rail models have been changed to preferred guide rail models (see Table 5).

Tables 6, 7, and 8 (Tables 4, 5, 6, and 7 from the 2008 edition).

k) The tolerance for the width c of the connection between the bottom of the guide rail and the guide surface has been increased (see Table 6 and Table 8).

l) The radii of inertia ix and iy of the T127-1/B or /BE rails and the moment of inertia Ix of the T127-2/B or /BE rails were changed (see Table 7).

Table 6 (2008 edition)

m) The thickness g at the bottom end of the guide cross section of the T125/B or /BE guide has been changed (see Table 8, Table 7 in the 2008 edition).

n) The requirements for the flatness of the guide surface have been changed (see 6.2.8, Table 10, and 6.2.8 and Table 9 in the 2008 edition).

o) The tolerance requirements for the perpendicularity t10 of the tenon and mortise and the perpendicularity t18 of the top and side surfaces of the guide surface have been changed (see Table 10, 2008 edition).

Table 9);

p) The requirement for parallelism t19 between the bottom of the guide rail (and the contact surface with the guide rail connecting plate) and the top surface of the guide rail guide surface has been increased (see 6.2.8).

Table 10, Figure 5);

q) A reference plane F was added (see 6.2.8, Figure 5);

(6.2.8, Figure 5, 2008 edition)

s) The marking requirements for the guide rails have been changed (see 6.3, 2008 edition of 6.3).

t) The requirement for tensile strength of the raw material steel used in the connecting plate has been removed (see 7.1 in the 2008 edition).

u) Increased requirements for surface rust prevention treatment of guide rails at the factory (see Chapter 8);

v) Added requirements for guide rail selection (see Chapter 9).

This document is modified to adopt ISO 8100-33:2022 "Elevators for the transport of people and goods – Part 33: Elevator cars and counterweights".

T-shaped guide rail.

This document has undergone the following structural adjustments compared to ISO 8100-33:2022.

--Chapters 8 and 9 have been added.

The technical differences between this document and ISO 8100-33:2022, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.

--The scope of application has been changed (see Chapter 1) to suit my country's national conditions;

--Terminology and definitions have been changed (see 3.1, 3.2) to suit my country's national conditions;

--The grade of guide rail steel has been changed, and the tensile strength requirements for using Q235 as the raw material steel and the /B and /BE guide rails have been increased.

The final performance requirements for the rails (see Chapter 5) should be adapted to my country's technical conditions.

--The guide rail naming has been changed (see 6.1) to suit my country's national conditions;

--The clause stating that guide rail dimensions could be determined through special agreements between the guide rail supplier and the customer (see 6.2.2) has been removed, making the requirements explicit and eliminating ambiguity;

--Added a partial view, clarifying the measurement of the thickness f at the root of the guide rail cross-section and the thickness g at the end of the guide rail cross-section.

The location of the measurement (see Figures 2 and 3) should be adapted to my country's national conditions.

--The tolerance for the width c of the connection between the bottom of the guide rail and the guide surface has been increased (see Tables 6 and 8) to improve the quality of the guide rail;

--The datum for the symmetry t13 and bottom symmetry t17 of the connection between the bottom of the guide rail and the guide surface has been changed, and a datum surface has been added.

F (see 6.2.8, Figure 5) is designed to suit my country's national conditions;

--Added marking requirements for /A and /B type guide rails (see 6.3) to suit my country's national conditions;

--Added requirements for surface rust prevention treatment of guide rails at the factory (see Chapter 8) to improve guide rail quality and suit my country's national conditions;

--Added guide rail selection requirements and added normative references to GB/T 7588.1-2020 and GB/T 7588.2-2020.

(See Chapter 9) to suit my country's national conditions.

The following editorial changes have been made to this document.

--To align with existing standards, the standard name has been changed to "Elevator T-shaped Guide Rail";

--Added a note for the fourth element of guide rail naming (see 6.1);

--Added explanation of the weight q1 per unit length of the finished guide rail (see Tables 3, 5, and 7);

--The notes in Tables 4, 6, 8, and 11 have been changed, and explanations for "-" have been provided;

--Added a note explaining the concavity of the bottom surface of the guide rail blank (see 6.2.2.4).

--Added a note to Table 10, providing an explanation for the "-";

--The dimensions of the bottom symmetry t17 and the parallelism t19 between the bottom of the guide rail (and the contact surface with the guide rail connecting plate) and the top surface of the guide surface have been modified.

(See Figure 5).
