The content of GB 21240-2007, compared with GB 7588-2003 and GB 21240-2007, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes:

The main technical changes are as follows:

--- Added the terms "approved organization", "safety component" and "type test certificate";

---Added a list of major hazards;

--- Increased the purpose and scope of the safety component type test;

---Deleted the content that requires the number of copies of the type test certificate;

---Deleted the description of the instantaneous safety gear checking the deformation of the clamp body and the guide rail in the type test of the safety gear;

---In the test procedure of the speed limiter type test, at least two tests with acceleration of 0:9gn~1:0gn are added

Claim;

---In the type test of the buffer, the type test content of the linear energy storage type buffer was deleted, and the average of the energy consumption type buffer was increased:

The relevant content of the deceleration calculation and the requirements for loading of the non-linear energy storage type buffer before the test are changed:

The relevant content of the buffer test deceleration;

---In the safety circuit type test containing electronic components, the failure analysis requirements of the safety circuit are added;

Claim;

---Changed the calculation formula of flange bending stress and deformation in the guide rail verification;

---Changed the traction calculation of the driving host's upper case, and added the traction calculation of the driving host's lower case;

---Changed the definition of simple bending in the calculation of the safety factor of the suspended wire rope, the equivalent number of traction sheaves with different rope grooves and reverse bending

Definition of fold;

---Changed the test frame and test requirements in the pendulum impact test, and deleted the need to enter the horizontal sliding door when using flat glass panels:

The exception to the pendulum impact test, the exception of using flat glass panels on the car wall is listed in GB/T 7588:1-2020

In 5:4:3:2:3;
