GB/T 22129-2025 is the English-translated version of 农业机械修理 通用技术规范.

GB/T 22129-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering what a repaired machine has to be before it goes back to the field — the maintenance shop itself, the engine and the electric motor, the belts, chains, gears, drive shafts, gearboxes, torque converters and hydraulic motors of the transmission, the cab, the brakes, the hydraulics, the electrical system, the frame and travelling gear, the running-in, and the quality inspection, acceptance and delivery, and protection in storage. It replaces GB/T 22129-2008, with the safety specification GB/T 21964-2025. Under the China Machinery Industry Federation. In force from 1 December 2025. Issued on 30 May 2025, it has been in force since 1 December 2025, replacing GB/T 22129-2008.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 22129-2008 "General Technical Specifications for Agricultural Machinery Repair". Compared with GB/T 22129-2008, except for structural adjustment, In addition to the integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Added “Terms and Definitions” (see Chapter 3);

b) Change “maintenance operation conditions” to “agricultural machinery maintenance point” (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2008 edition);

c) Change “repair” to “repair technical requirements” (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the 2008 edition);

d) Added “General requirements” (see 5.1);

e) Change "engine repair technical requirements" and "engine assembly, running-in and testing" to "engine" (see 5.2, 2008 edition) 5.1, 5.2);

f) Change "Technical requirements for motor repair" and "Motor post-repair assembly and testing" to "Motor" (see 5.3, 5.3, 2008 edition) 5.4);

g) Added "belts, pulleys and tensioners", "sprocket chains", "gears", "universal joint drive shafts", "transmission gearboxes", "hydraulic torque converters" Repair technical requirements for "hydraulic motors" (see 5.4.1 to 5.4.7);

h) Added technical requirements for cabinet repair (see 5.6.2.1);

i) Added technical requirements for brake system repair (see 5.9.2 to 5.9.5);

j) Added the repair technical requirements for hydraulic systems (see 5.10.2 to 5.10.5);

k) Added technical requirements for repair of electrical systems (see 5.11.1 to 5.11.3);

l) The technical requirements for repair of lighting signal devices and other electrical equipment have been deleted (see 5.12.8 of the 2008 edition);

m) Added technical requirements for the repair of frames and travel parts (see 5.12.1.3, 5.12.1.4, 5.12.2.3);

n) Added technical requirements for running-in (see 5.14.1);

o) Deleted "Acceptance Steps" (see Chapter 6 of the 2008 edition);

p) Added “Quality Inspection”, “Acceptance and Delivery”, and “Protection and Storage” (see Chapter 6, Chapter 7, and Chapter 8).

1 Scope

This document specifies the agricultural machinery maintenance points, technical requirements, quality inspection, acceptance and delivery, protection and storage of agricultural machinery.

This document applies to the repair of agricultural machinery.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 21963 apply to this document.

4 Agricultural machinery maintenance points

4.1 Comprehensive maintenance points for agricultural machinery should comply with the provisions of NY/T 1138.1.

4.2 Special maintenance stations for agricultural machinery should comply with the provisions of NY/T 1138.2.

4.3 The maintenance and service capabilities of agricultural machinery manufacturers shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of NY/T 2899-2016.

5 Repair technical requirements

5.1 General requirements
