GB/T 21705-2008 is the English-translated version of 低压电器电量监控器.
GB/T 21705-2008 is the Chinese standard "Power monitor for low-voltage electrical apparatus".
Its scope clause reads: This standard applies to general low-voltage electrical power monitors and fieldbus-based electricity monitor, monitor specified in this standard applies to the reference frequency of 50Hz (or 60Hz) of the circuit, can detect voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency, power and other parameters can also be included with the switch input and digital output via switch output to achieve some sort of protection or control functions, and as a monitoring module used in conjunction with low-voltage electrical appliances, so that without intelligent control low-voltage electrical appliances with intelligent control and network control functions.
This standard does not apply to portable monitor. This standard specifies the classification of monitors, working conditions, structure and performance requirements, test methods and test rules.
