Scope
GB/T 26167-2025 is the English-translated version of 电机专用设备检测方法.
GB/T 26167-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering checking the special-purpose machines that build electric motors — the winding, insertion, lacing and impregnation equipment, the accuracy and repeatability of each operation, the safety and the noise, and the acceptance tests run on the machine rather than on the motor it makes. It replaces GB/T 26167-2010, under the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association. In force from 1 March 2026. Issued on 29 August 2025, it has been in force since 1 March 2026, replacing GB/T 26167-2010.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 26167-2010 "Test methods for motor-specific equipment".
In addition to the integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The "Scope" has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2010 edition);
b) Added the requirements for “working condition requirements” and “working condition testing” (see Chapter 4, 5.1);
c) Added the requirements and methods for “appearance quality inspection” (see 5.4.3 and 5.4.4);
d) The coating color inspection requirement in “Appearance Quality Inspection” has been deleted (see 4.4.3 of the 2010 edition);
e) The "Noise Detection" requirement has been changed (see 5.6, 4.6 of the 2010 edition);
f) Added the requirement of “processing accuracy test of main parts of notching machine” (see 6.1.1);
g) Added the requirement of “assembly quality inspection of notching machines” (see 6.1.2);
h) Changed the requirements for “assembly quality inspection of stator slot insulation insertion machines” (see 6.2.2, 5.2.2 of the 2010 edition);
i) Changed the requirements for "Load operation performance test of stator slot insulation insertion machine" (see 6.2.4, 5.2.4 of the 2010 edition);
j) Changed the requirements for “Assembly quality inspection of winding machines for small motor stators” (see 6.3.2, 5.3.2 of the 2010 edition);
k) Changed the requirements for “Assembly quality inspection of small motor stator coil inserting machines” (see 6.4.2, 5.4.2 of the 2010 edition);
l) Changed the requirements for "Load operation performance test of small motor stator coil inserting machine" (see 6.4.4, 5.4.4 of the 2010 edition);
m) Changed the requirements for “Assembly quality inspection of small motor stator end shaping machines” (see 6.5.2, 5.5.2 of the 2010 edition);
n) Changed the requirements for "Load operation performance test of small motor stator end shaping machine" (see 6.5.4, 5.5.4 of the 2010 edition);
o) Changed the requirements for "Assembly quality inspection of small motor stator end binding machines" (see 6.6.2, 5.6.2 of the 2010 edition);
p) Added the testing requirements for “torsion welding machines” (see 6.7);
q) Added the testing requirements for “micromotor commutator finishing machine” (see 6.8);
r) Added the test requirements for “micromotor commutator engraving machine” (see 6.9);
s) Added the test requirements for “micromotor armature double-flying fork winding and embedding machine” (see 6.10).

1 Scope
This document specifies general and specific test methods for motor-specific equipment.
This document is applicable to the slot punching machine, stator slot insulation inserting machine, small motor stator winding machine, small motor stator Wire embedding machine, small motor stator end shaping machine, small motor stator end binding machine, torsional welding machine, micro motor commutator finishing machine, micro Inspection of motor commutator engraving machine and micromotor armature double flying fork winding machine.

4 Working conditions requirements
Working conditions are as follows.
— Ambient temperature 5°C~40°C;
— Relative humidity of air is not more than 85% (temperature is 20°C±5°C), and there is no condensation;
— The power supply voltage fluctuation value should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage;
— Altitude not exceeding 1000m.
