3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
A woodworking machine tool that uses chisels, tenon chains, or milling cutters to machine non-cylindrical holes in workpieces, with all feed movements occurring on a single plane.
It is carried out on the surface.
Note 1.Hereinafter referred to as "machine tool".
Note 2.The main components of the machine tool and their names are shown in Figure 1.
3.2 spindle
A shaft that drives the rotation of the cutting tool or workpiece to achieve the main motion of the machine tool.
3.3 Pressure
Workpiece clamp
A device that presses the workpiece against the positioning base surface, and there is relative motion between the workpiece and the base surface during the workpiece feeding.
3.4 workbench table
A component with a working plane for supporting and clamping workpieces.
3.5 Bed frame framework
A frame structure part on a woodworking machine tool that performs or carries out its main functions or main mutual movements.
