Scope

GB/T 21663-2019 is the English-translated version of 小容量隐极同步发电机技术要求.

GB/T 21663-2019 sets the general and technical requirements for small-capacity cylindrical rotor synchronous generators. It applies to 50 Hz three-phase machines of 10 MVA and below and is a supplement to GB/T 755; machines rated at 60 Hz may refer to it.

The general clauses deal with specifications and series, the ventilation and cooling type, the conditions of use and the temperature rise and temperature limits of each part.

The technical clauses run from rated conditions, voltage, power factor and speed through excitation, insulation, prevention of shaft current, overspeed and critical speed, unbalanced load, noise, stator and rotor overcurrent, sudden short circuit, short-circuit ratio and transient reactances, to vibration limits, test and acceptance items, nameplates, packaging and the warranty period.

It replaces GB/T 21663-2008, was issued on 18 October 2019 and has applied since 1 May 2020.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 21663-2008 "Small-capacity energy-saving and environmentally-friendly hidden-pole synchronous generator technical requirements", and GB/T 21663- Compared to 2008, the main technical changes are as follows:

--- Revised the efficiency rating of some generators (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2008 edition);

--- Increased corona test requirements (see Chapter 5);

--- Increased rotor overcurrent requirements (see Chapter 5);

--- Increased grid-connected, asynchronous operation requirements (see Chapter 5);

--- Increased maintenance measures during long-term downtime (see Chapter 5);

--- Increased the basic requirements information required by the purchaser, prime mover and generator supplier when ordering (see Appendix E).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements and technical requirements for small-capacity hidden-pole synchronous generators.

This standard is applicable to 50Hz small-capacity three-phase hidden-pole synchronous generators with a capacity of 10MVA and below. It is a supplement to GB/T 755. Charge. For motors with a rated frequency of 60 Hz, refer to the implementation.
