Scope
GB/T 21412.11-2019 is the English-translated version of 石油天然气工业 水下生产系统的设计和操作 第11部分:挠性管系统的推荐作法.
GB/T 21412.11-2019 is the Chinese recommended practice for the flexible pipe systems of subsea production systems in the petroleum and natural gas industries. It sets the basic requirements for design, material selection, prototype testing, manufacture, handling, transport, installation, recovery and reuse, and integrity management.
It applies to flexible pipe systems and their accessories, including the pipe body and its end fittings, to static and dynamic bonded and unbonded pipe used as flowlines, risers and jumpers and in offshore offloading systems, and not to choke and kill lines, umbilicals or control lines.
Its annexes give the high temperature end fitting test procedures, the fatigue analysis method for unbonded dynamic risers, pressure recovery and vacuum tests and crude oil immersion tests on polymers.
Part 11 of GB/T 21412, it was issued on 25 March 2019 and has applied since 1 October 2019.
