Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 21363-2008 "volumetric refrigeration compression condensing unit", compared with GB/T 21363-2008, the main technology The content changes are as follows.

--- Increased refrigerant types (see Chapter 1);

---Modified the test conditions of the unit (see 4.2.2, 4.3.2 of the 2008 version);

--- Increased general requirements for the unit (see 5.1.14 and 5.1.15);

---Modified the electrical safety requirements of the unit and the corresponding test methods (see 5.2.4.5, 6.3.7, 2008, 5.2.4.5, 6.3.7);

--- Modified the noise limit (see 5.3.8, 5.3.8 of the 2008 version);

--- Increased the requirement for temperature measurement point position (see 6.1.5);

--- Modified and deleted some of the test requirements (see 6.2.1, 2008 version of 6.2.1, 6.2.8);

--- Added inspection items for "grounding devices" (see 7.1);

--- Increased requirements for flammable refrigerant signs (see 8.1, 8.2);

--- Removed the model representation of the volumetric refrigeration compression condensing unit (see Appendix A of the 2008 version);

--- Corrected the formula for calculating the heat leakage coefficient and cooling capacity (see Equations A.4, A.16, 2008, B.4, B.16).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, and technical requirements of volumetric refrigeration and compression condensing units (hereinafter referred to as "units"). Requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage.

This standard applies to volumetric type with R717, R22, R32, R134a, R404A, R407C, R407E, R410A, R744 as refrigerants. Refrigeration compression condensing unit. A volumetric refrigeration compression condensing unit using other refrigerants can be referred to.
