Scope
GB/T 21306-2007 is the English-translated version of 锯齿剥绒机.
GB/T 21306-2007 covers the saw delinter, the machine the draft calls a serrated stripping machine for cashmere.
Clause 1 states that it specifies the product classification, the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the marking, packaging and storage requirements for the machine, and that it applies to saw delinters of more than 140 type.
Clause 3, Product Categories, sets the basic parameter at not fewer than 140 saw discs and builds the model designation from the code for cotton processing machinery, the category code for the stripping machine, a feature code for the cashmere mode, with M for the brush type and Q for the air type, the main parameter of the saw disc and an improvement letter A, B or C, with a note that the letter M may be omitted for the brush type.
Clause 4, technical requirements, opens with working conditions, namely fire safety facilities at the workplace and cottonseed cleaned to a moisture content of not more than 10 %, and goes on to overall performance, where metallic debris is to be taken up by a proper absorption means at the feed area and, for second and third cut cottonseed processed at a feather rate of 0.4 % to 0.6 %, the cashmere rate is to be not less than 11 %, with Table 1 holding the remaining film and cashmere yield indices; the draft breaks off there.
