Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 20341-2016 "Operating Force and Direction of Operator Control Devices for Agricultural Tractors and Self-Propelled Machinery".

Compared with GB/T 20341-2016, the main technical changes in "Direction, Manipulation Position and Method" are as follows, apart from structural adjustments and editorial modifications.

---The term and definition "minimum strength of control device" (see 3.4 in the 2016 edition) have been removed, and "virtual terminal control device" has been changed.

The terms and definitions (see 3.9, 3.10 in the 2016 edition) have been expanded to include "point-and-click control device" and "foot-operated control device".

"Hybrid power source" (see 3.10-3.12);

---The general requirements for the control device have been changed (see 4.1, 2016 version 4.1);

---Added requirements for signage and foot-operated control devices (see 4.2, 4.3);

---The operating requirements for the control device have been changed (see 4.5, 4.3 in the 2016 version).

This document is equivalent to ISO 15077:2020 "Operator control devices for agricultural tractors and self-propelled machinery – Operating forces, displacements, and other parameters".

1 Scope

This document specifies the manual control devices (e.g., hand-operated, finger-operated, foot-operated) and virtual terminal controls used by seated operators.

The relevant requirements and operating methods of the device.

This document applies to control devices installed on agricultural tractors and self-propelled agricultural machinery.

This document provides recommendations on the operating force and torque, operating direction, and installation location of manually operated devices.

This document also specifies the minimum information requirements for the use of manually operated devices as intended by the manufacturer, as provided in the instruction manual.
