GB/T 20221-2023 — This document stipulates the extrusion molding of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) compounds for use in pressureless buried sewage and drainage applications. Terms, definitions, symbols and abbreviations, materials, product classifications, colors, appearances, and specifications of vinyl (PVC-U) pipes (hereinafter referred to as "pipes") requirements such as dimensions and physical and mechanical properties, describes the corresponding test methods, and stipulates inspection rules, marking, transportation and storage. This document is applicable to the connection of elastic sealing rings with an outer diameter of dn110mm~dn1600mm and an outer diameter of dn110mm~ dn450mm adhesive connected pipes. This document is applicable to buried pressureless sewage and drainage pipes whose transport medium temperature is not greater than 45°C. In meeting the chemical resistance of the pipe and Under application conditions such as heat resistance, it is also suitable for pressureless sewage and drainage pipes for industrial or pipe corridors. This document does not apply to sewage and drainage rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipe systems laid underground in buildings.

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 20221-2006 "Rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes for pressureless buried sewage and drainage" and is consistent with GB/T 20221-

Compared with.2006, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---The range of the outer diameter of the pipe has been changed, and the outer diameter of the elastic sealing ring connecting pipe has been adjusted from dn110mm to dn1000mm.

dn110mm~dn1600 mm, the outer diameter of adhesive connection pipe is adjusted from dn110mm~dn200mm to

dn110mm~dn450mm (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2006 edition);
