Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 19532-2004 "Packaging materials vapor phase rust-proof plastic film." Compared with GB/T 19532-2004, the main technical changes except editorial modification are as follows.

--- Updated version of the normative reference file and deleted some referenced documents (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2004 edition);

--- Modified product classification, deleted the classification by structure and bag (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2004 edition);

--- Removed the appearance of gravel, oil requirements (see 4.1, 2004 version 4.1);

--- Modify the requirements for diameter deviation and bending of the core (see 4.2.2, 2004 version 4.2.2);

--- Removed requirements for pouch products (see 4.2.4 in 2004 edition);

--- Modify the gas phase corrosion inhibition capacity, VIA after consumption, compatibility with copper, alternating humidity and heat test technical requirements (see 4.3, 2004) Version 4.3);

--- Removed the gas phase anti-rust screening test requirements (see 4.3 of the 2004 edition);

--- Modify the weld strength requirements (see 4.4, 2004 version 4.4);

--- Modify the puncture strength to impact strength (see 4.4, 2004 version 4.4);

--- Modify the tear strength requirements, and the corresponding detection method (see 4.4, 2004 version 4.4);

--- Modify the anti-adhesion project name and requirements (see 4.4, 2004 version 4.4);

--- Move part of the logo to Chapter 7 (see Chapter 7, Version 4.5 of the 2004 edition);

--- Modified impact strength punch requirements (see 5.14, 2004 version 5.15);

--- Modify the structure of the inspection rules (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the 2004 edition);

--- Modifying the structure of signs, packaging, transportation and storage (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 and Chapter 8 of the 2004 edition);

--- Modifying the requirements for marking and packaging (see 7.1, 7.2, 2004 version 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4);

--- Modified Appendix A (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the 2004 Edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of vapor phase rust-proof plastic films.

This standard applies to the production, testing and use of gas phase rust-proof plastic film (VCIF).

3 Classification

VCIF is divided into two types for black metal and multimetal according to the purpose; it is divided into roll and sheet according to product form.

Note: For ferrous metals, suitable for steel, cast iron, multi-metal for steel, copper, brass and aluminum.
