This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part
1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted. This document replaces GB/T 15717-1995 "Measurement method of vacuum metal coating thickness resistance method", which is consistent with GB/T 15717-1995 In addition to structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical content changes are as follows:

4 Test principle
This test is based on Ohm's law to measure the resistance value of the metal coating of the specified length and width of the sample, and the sheet resistance (Omega/-) represents the metal coating The thickness of the layer or directly calculate its thickness.
5 Test device
This test uses a vacuum metal coating thickness measurement device, the structure of which is shown in Figure
1.The resistance measurement error of the measuring device is ±1%, The width of the measuring device is not less than 100mm, and the distance accuracy between the two measuring heads is ±0.1mm; the thickness of the measuring head is 10mm, which should be made of copper.
