Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 19200-2003 “Diagnostic Techniques for Swine Vesicular Disease” and GB/T 22917-2008 “Fluorescence Spectroscopy of Swine Vesicular Disease Virus”.

RT-PCR detection method". This document is based on GB/T 19200-2003 and integrates the contents of GB/T 22917-2008.

Compared with GB/T 19200-2003, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

Introduction

1 Scope

This document describes the clinical diagnosis of swine vesicular disease, laboratory diagnostic sample collection and processing, as well as virus isolation, reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction Laboratory diagnostic methods include PCR, fluorescent reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, virus neutralization test, monoclonal antibody competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, etc.
