Scope
GB/T 19125-2015 is the English-translated version of 三轮汽车和低速货车 前位灯、后位灯和制动灯配光性能.
This standard sets the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for the front position lamps, rear position lamps and stop lamps of low-speed vehicles.
Clause 1 applies it to all types of front position lamps, rear position lamps and brake lights used on low-speed vehicles, and adds that three-wheeled vehicles may apply it by reference.
Clause 3 carries one definition, the combinable single lamp, which can be used as a single lamp and can also be combined into a dual lamp.
Clause 4, Technical Requirements, opens with general provisions: the lamps shall be designed and manufactured so that under normal conditions of use, and even when subjected to vibration, they still meet the requirements of the standard; they may be combined into combined, composite and hybrid lamps; and their installation and their light color and color characteristics shall comply with GB/T 19119.
The light source provisions require a replaceable bulb device to use a bulb meeting GB/T 15766.1, a light source module to be designed so that it can be fitted in the correct position even in the dark and misuse prevented, a non-replaceable light source device to have a nominal voltage of 6 V, 12 V or 24 V with its photoelectric properties agreed between manufacturer and user, and the device to be part of a parallel light source circuit where a rear position lamp is mixed with a stop lamp; a hybrid light source shared with other functions is allowed an additional system that adjusts the light intensity.
The foreword records that the title was changed, that the former farm vehicle categories were renamed, that the normative references were adjusted and reconfirmed, that the light source requirements were adjusted, that a light distribution requirement measured at an installation height of not more than 750 mm was added, that the test requirements for lamps with replaceable and with non-replaceable filament bulbs were refined, that the determination of the same type was adjusted and that the manufacturer's requirements in the type test were refined.
Clause 2 cites GB/T 7922, GB/T 15766.1, GB/T 19119 and GB/T 19124. The standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation and is in the charge of the National Automotive Standardization Technical Committee, SAC/TC234.
It replaces GB/T 19125-2003, was issued on May 15, 2015 and has applied since October 1, 2015.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 19125-2003 "former farm vehicles position lamps, rear position lamps and stop lamps for performance." This standard GB/T 19125-2003 main changes are as follows.

--- The "three farm vehicles" was renamed "three cars", "four-wheel farm vehicles" was renamed "low-speed vehicles";

1 Scope
This standard specifies the low-speed vehicles with front position lamps, rear position lamps and stop lamps technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules.
This standard applies to all types of front position lamps use low-speed vehicles, rear position lights and brake lights. Three-wheeled vehicles may be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 19119 and defined by the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Combinable single lamp
Can be used as a single lamp, it can also be combined into a single dual-lamp light.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 General provisions
4.1.1 front position lamps, rear position lamps and stop lamps shall be designed and manufactured under normal conditions of use, even when subjected to vibration, can still ensure that it meets so Requirements with the requirements and provisions of this standard.
