foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
drafted.
This document is part 2 of GB/T 18944 "Specification for Sponge and Foamed Rubber Products of Flexible Porous Polymer Materials". GB/T 18944
The following sections have been published.
--- Part 1.Sheets;
--- Part 2.Molded and extruded products.
This document is revised and adopted ISO 6916-2.2001 "Specification for Flexible Porous Polymer Materials Sponges and Foamed Rubber Products Part 2
Divide. Molded and Extruded Products".
Compared with ISO 6916-2.2001, this document has made the following structural adjustments.
--- Added Chapter 3 "Terms and Definitions";
--- Chapter 4 corresponds to Chapter 3 in ISO 6916-2.2001;
--- Chapter 5 corresponds to Chapter 4 in ISO 6916-2.2001;
--- Chapter 6 corresponds to Chapter 5 and Chapter 7 in ISO 6916-2.2001, of which 6.1 corresponds to Chapter 7 in ISO 6916-2.2001,
6.2 corresponds to Chapter 5 in ISO 6916-2.2001;
--- Chapter 7 corresponds to Chapter 6, Chapter 10, Chapter 11 and Chapter 12 in ISO 6916-2.2001, of which 7.1.1 corresponds to ISO 6916-2.
6.1, 7.1.2~7.1.4 in.2001 corresponds to Chapter 10 in ISO 6916-2.2001, 7.2 corresponds to ISO 6916-2.2001
Chapter 11, 7.3 corresponds to 6.2 in ISO 6916-2.2001, and 7.4 corresponds to Chapter 12 in ISO 6916-2.2001.
The technical differences between this document and ISO 6916-2.2001 and their reasons are as follows.
--- Add two columns in Table 4, giving the suffixes F2 and F3, in order to make the series of suffixes resistant to low temperature listed in Table 4;
--- In Table 5, the suffixes "A2", "A3" and "A4" are added, and the test temperatures are "(200 +/- 2) °C", "(225 +/- 2) °C" and
"(250+/-2) degrees C", corresponding to the first column in Table 4;
---The title of Appendix A is changed to "temperature resistance performance test", the requirements for the low temperature box used in the test are added, and the Chinese documents are normatively cited
GB/T 10589;
--- Appendix B specifies that the original thickness of the sample should be measured before cutting, avoiding possible disputes;
--- In Appendix C, the steps of adjusting the sample after soaking are added to reduce the error;
---In D.1 of Appendix D, the provisions for the thickness of self-skinned porous rubber samples are added, and this part is missing from the original text of the International Standard
content;
---In D.2, the provisions for the test procedure of self-skinning porous rubber are added, and this part of the content is missing from the original text of the international standard;
--- According to the test conditions in Table 1 and Table 2, the test procedures for compression set of porous rubber of type 1 and 2 in D.2 were carried out.
Adjustment, the context in the original text of the international standard is not unified;
---In Appendix F, the requirements for the installation height of the screen and the height of the liquid B are added, which reduces the amount of damage caused by the operator.
error.
The following editorial changes have been made to this document.
Range of indicators such as force and size;
--- Use the form of "(25 +/- 5) x 10-8" instead of "25pphm" to express the ozone concentration;
--- Use the form of "+/-(dimension x 0.75%)" instead of the form of "+/-0.75%" to express the tolerance;
---In 7.1.1, the description of "see the physical performance requirements of the corresponding type for specific test conditions" is added. The original text of the international standard is only for
The test method is standardized, but not mentioned in the article;
---The B.1 has been rewritten according to the Chinese language habits and the editing habits of Chinese documents.
