2.1 Leaf-re-roasting equipment

2.1.1 Vacuum re-conditioner

A device that uses vacuuming to remove the air in cigarette packs or cigarette blanks and then increase the temperature and humidity.

Note. According to the type, it can be divided into jet type, mechanical type and compound type.

2.1.2 Tie-leafcuttingmachine

The equipment used to unlock the flue-cured tobacco handles. It can have the functions of cutting tobacco leaves.

2.1.3 Conditioner

Moisture-recycling equipment that utilizes the effects of hot air circulation and steam and water mist to make the moisture content and temperature of tobacco leaves reach the technological requirements.

Note. Some leaf moistening machines may not have hot air circulation function.

2.1.4 Leaf Thresher

The device for tearing the leaves on the tobacco leaves from the tobacco stems to complete the separation of the stems and leaves by means such as wind separation.

Note. According to the type, it can be divided into horizontal type, vertical type and comprehensive type.

2.1.5 Redryer

It is used to re-dry the flue-cured tobacco, etc., so that the moisture content and temperature and other indicators meet the technological requirements.

Note. According to the type, it can be divided into slice tobacco re-roasting machine (2.1.6) and tobacco stem re-roasting machine (2.1.7), etc.

2.1.6 Sliced tobacco re-roasting machine laminadryer

It is used to dry the flakes so that the moisture content and temperature and other indicators meet the requirements of the process regulations.

2.1.7 Stemredryer

It is used for drying tobacco stems to make the moisture content and temperature and other indicators meet the technological requirements.

2.1.8 Pre-presser

Pack a certain quality flakes into the bin, and initially compress to the equipment of the specified shape and size.

2.1.9 Baler

Use packaging materials (such as sacks, cartons, wooden barrels, etc.) to pack pre-compressed tablets of cigarettes or stems into cigarette bags, boxes or

2.2 Silk making equipment

2.2.9 Cutlaminadryer; cutstripsdryer

It is used to remove the moisture from the shreds, reduce the moisture content to the process requirements and improve its filling capacity.

Note. According to the type, it is divided into drum type, airflow type, tower type, tunnel type and pipeline type.

2.2.10 Leaf silk expansion equipment cutlaminaexpandingequipment; cutstripsexpandingequipment

A device that impregnates the leaf silk with an expansion medium and performs a drying process to increase its volume and increase its filling value.

Note. According to the type, it is divided into carbon dioxide filament expansion equipment, nitrogen filament expansion equipment and KC-2 filament expansion equipment.

2.2.11 Stemconditioner for tobacco stem heating and humidifying machine

A device that increases the temperature and humidity of tobacco stems to increase their temperature, moisture content, flexibility, and processing resistance.

Note. According to the type, it is divided into sink type, tunnel type and spiral type.

2.2.12 Stem pressing machine stemflattener

A device that presses the re-moistened tobacco stems into stem pieces of a predetermined thickness using a pressing roller or the like.

2.2.13 Cutstem expansion equipment

A device for increasing the volume and increasing the filling value of the stems by increasing the temperature and humidity.

Note. According to the type, it is divided into roller type, tunnel type and Venturi tube type.

2.2.14 Cutstem dryer

The equipment for rapid drying of the cut stem after the cut stem expansion equipment (2.2.13).

2.2.15 Flavoringcylinder

According to the requirements of the process, the essence is quantitatively and uniformly applied to the tobacco on the equipment.

2.2.16 Burley dryer

The burley tobacco after the lining is roasted to significantly improve its aroma, aftertaste and color, reduce the gas and irritating equipment.

Note. Divided into single-layer type, multi-layer type, roller type, etc. according to type.

2.3 Roll-up package equipment

2.3.1 Wind feeding system

The system of using wind force to transport the cut tobacco from the storage cabinet (2.2.5) to the cigarette feeder (2.3.4).

Note. It is mainly composed of pipes and fans.

2.3.2 Trolley wire feeding system

A system that uses rail-type or suspended trolleys to transport the cut tobacco from the storage cabinet (2.2.5) to the cigarette feeder (2.3.4).

2.3.3 Winding machine cigarettemakingandfilterassemblinggroup

A unit that completes cigarette cigarette rolling and filter tip attachment.

Note. It is mainly composed of cigarette machine (2.3.4) and filter tipping machine (2.3.5).

2.3.4 Cigarette maker

A device for making cut tobacco from cigarette paper into cigarette cigarettes.

Note. According to the type, it can be divided into suction type and falling type cigarette making machines.

2.3.5 Filterassembler

A device for attaching a filter to a cigarette stick and forming a filter cigarette.

Note. Referred to as the adapter.

2.3.6 Cigarette packaging unit

A unit composed of multiple devices that completes cigarette packaging.

Note. Including cigarette packaging machine (2.3.7), cigarette box packaging film packaging machine (2.3.8), cigarette rigid strip packaging machine (2.3.9), cigarette rigid strip packaging film packaging machine (2.3.10), packing machine (2.3.13) and other equipment.

2.3.7 Cigarette packer

A device to pack cigarettes into a hard (soft) box of cigarettes according to certain packaging specifications using box packing paper.

Note. According to the type, it is divided into hard box packaging machine and soft box packaging machine.

2.3.8 Cigarette box packaging film packaging machine celophaner

A device that wraps the packaging film outside the cigarette box.

2.3.9 Cigarette stick packaging machine cartoner

A device that packs a certain number of cigarettes into a rigid strip box with strip wrapping paper.

Note. According to the type, it is divided into hard box rigid strip packaging machine and soft box rigid strip packaging machine.

2.3.10 Cigarette rigid strip packaging film packaging machine overwrapper

The device that wraps the packaging film on the outside of the cigarette stick.

2.3.11 Cigarettes storage and transfer system

The coiling unit (2.3.3) and the cigarette packaging unit (2.3.6) are connected together, and are mainly used for the buffer storage and transportation of cigarettes.

2.3.12 Direct linkagedcigarettemakingandpackingline

It is composed of a coiling unit (2.3.3), a cigarette packaging unit (2.3.6) and a cigarette storage and conveying system (2.3.11), etc.

2.3.13 Filing and sealing boxer

A device for packing cigarettes in a rigid case into a carton of a certain specification and attaching a seal to the opening of the cigarette case.

2.4 Cigar Tobacco Processing Machinery

The device that wraps the inner wrapper around the cigar core to make the cigar endoderm.

2.4.2 Outsourcing leaf machine

Equipment for cutting cigar outsourcing leaves, rolling out outsourcing leaves, shaping cigarettes, trimming and kneading heads.

2.6.4 Compound filter rod forming machine

Equipment for processing two or more different filter materials into composite filter rods according to technological requirements.

2.6.5 Filter rod storage and delivery system

Connect the fiber filter rod forming machine (2.6.3) and the filter rod transmitting and receiving equipment (2.6.6) together, mainly used for filter rod curing and buffer storage

2.6.6 Filter rod transmitting and receiving equipment

2.7 Reconstruction of tobacco leaf equipment by papermaking method

2.7.1 Solid-liquid separator

Equipment used to separate water-soluble and insoluble substances in tobacco.

2.7.2 Refiner

Equipment for grinding tobacco insolubles into pulp that meets the requirements of papermaking.

2.7.3 Papermachine

Equipment for converting the slurry into a reconstructed tobacco leaf substrate that meets the requirements.

2.7.4 Coater

The coating liquid is applied to an apparatus for reconstructing tobacco leaf substrates.

2.7.5 Dryer

Equipment for drying and regenerating tobacco leaves.

2.7.6 Slicing machine

The equipment for dividing the reconstituted tobacco into the finished reconstituted tobacco leaves that meet the requirements.

3.1 Smoke detection equipment

3.1.1 Laminaselectionmachine

A device for sieving sheet smoke in a vibratory manner to determine the structure of sheet smoke (large and medium sheet rate, fragment rate)

3.1.2 Stemtester

The instrument is used to determine the stem and leaf separation in a piece of tobacco samples by using the principle of circulatory leaf wind separation.

3.1.3 Non-destructive detecting instrument for packed laminadensity

An instrument that uses non-contact methods such as ionizing radiation to detect the density of the smoke in the smoke box (bag).

3.1.4 Lamina structure testing instrument

Using image processing technology such as computer image recognition to detect the cigarette smoke, so as to obtain the detection equipment of the cigarette smoke structure data.

3.2 Tobacco testing instrument

3.2.1 Moisturetesterofcuttobacco

An instrument for detecting the moisture content of cut tobacco.

Note 1. According to its measurement principles and test methods can be divided into oven method, chemical method, capacitance method, microwave method and infrared method.

Note 2. According to the usage, it can be divided into two categories. laboratory cut tobacco moisture content tester and online cut tobacco moisture content tester.

3.2.2 Infrared moisture tester

Using the principle that tobacco shreds with different moisture contents have certain differences in the absorption rate of infrared beams of specific wavelengths, the moisture content of shredded tobacco is non-contacted.

Touch measurement instrument.

3.2.3 Filling value tester

An instrument for determining the filling value of cut tobacco or cut stem.

3.2.4 Cuttobaccowidthtester

An instrument that measures the width of cut tobacco using methods such as optical magnification projection.

3.2.5 Cuttobaccoelasticitytester

An instrument for detecting the elasticity of cut tobacco.

3.2.6 Tobacco structure vibration sorting screen quality-controlshaker

It uses three kinds of screens to separate the shredded tobacco into four kinds of samples, so as to determine the structure of shredded tobacco.

3.3 Cigarette and filter rod testing instruments

3.3.1 Circumference gauge

An instrument that measures the circumference of cigarettes or filter rods.

3.3.2 Diametertester

An instrument for measuring the diameter of cigarettes or filter rods. It is usually measured by photoelectric method, which is divided into laser diameter measuring instrument and ordinary optical diameter measuring instrument.

3.3.3 Drawing resistance tester

An instrument for measuring cigarette smoke resistance or filter rod pressure drop.

3.3.4 Hardness tester

An instrument for measuring the hardness of cigarettes or filter rods.
