Foreword

This standard is based on the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued by Decree 78 of 2005, "geographical indication protection regulations" and GB/T 17924 "General requirements for product standards geographical indication" to develop. This standard replaces GB 18650-2002 "Longjing tea geographical origin of products." This standard compared with GB 18650-2002 main changes are as follows:

--- Standard attributes to the mandatory national standards recommended national standards;

--- According to the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine promulgated the "Provisions on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products", the standard name will be changed to "geographical indications Longjing tea products ";

--- Quality and safety indicators using GB 2762 "contaminants in food limited", GB 2763 "maximum residue limits for pesticides in food," the relevant Regulations;

--- Processing technology to increase "should be consistent with Longjing machining process requirements";

--- Deleted "NOTE. Unqualified tea recommended targets" content. Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix. This standard by the national standardization of geographical origin of the product group and centralized. This standard was drafted. 1 Scope

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
