Scope

GB/T 17626.7-2017 (Electromagnetic compatibility -- Testing and measurement techniques -- General guide on harmonics and inter-harmonics measurements and instrumentation, for power supply systems and equipment connected thereto) is available as an English-translated PDF.

GB/T 17626.7-2017 — This part of GB/T 17626 is suitable for measuring the spectral component superimposed on the fundamental of 50Hz or 60Hz power system (highest 9kHz) measuring instruments.

From the practical application considerations, this part of the signal is divided into harmonics, interharmonics and other higher than the harmonic range but lower than 9kHz component.

This section specifies the limits of the emission limits that may be used in accordance with the emission limits given in certain standards (eg IEC 61000-3-2) Value) to test the equipment by item, as well as the actual power supply system in the harmonic current and voltage measurement of the instrument.

Above the harmonic frequency 9kHz range of measuring instruments, made a temporary provision (see Appendix B). Intercussion generation and measurement, as well as special measurement methods for the temporary (See Appendix C).

Note 1. The instruments involved in this section are based on discrete Fourier transforms. Note 2. This section clearly describes the structure and function of the measuring instrument and can therefore be understood literally.

This is because no matter what the input signal characteristics are Requires reference to the instrument can be repeated results. Note 3. The specified measuring instrument shall have the ability to measure up to 50 harmonics.
