Scope

GB/T 16811-2018 is the English-translated version of 工业锅炉水处理设施运行效果与监测.

GB/T 16811-2018 is the Chinese national standard on running results and monitoring of industrial boilers water-treatment equipment, in the field of energy and heat transfer engineering. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 14 May 2018 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 December 2018. Classification: ICS 27.060.30, CCS F01. This page is published from the official record of the standard held by the Chinese standards administration: the identification, the dates, the classification and the issuing body are taken from there. The clause text, the tables and the numeric limits are in the document itself, which is delivered complete in English translation.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 16811-2005 "Working effect and monitoring of industrial boiler water treatment facilities". And GB/T 16811-2005 In contrast to the editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

--- Revised scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2005 edition);

--- Six reference standards have been added to the normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2005 edition);

--- Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

--- Revised the classification of water treatment facilities, added reverse osmosis equipment, iron removal equipment, etc. (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the.2005 edition);

--- Added pretreatment equipment, reverse osmosis equipment, deaerator equipment, iron removal equipment, sewage disposal equipment, soda water sampling device and online monitor Table operation effect requirements, modified ion exchanger, dosing device and pharmaceutical operation effect requirements, increased requirements for sewage device (See Chapter 5, Chapter 4 of the.2005 edition);

--- Revised the provisions for daily monitoring of boiler water quality (see Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the.2005 edition);

--- Revised the periodic inspection test and evaluation of operational effects (see Chapter 7, Chapter 6 of the.2005 edition);

--- Appendix revised the industrial boiler water quality monitoring report, industrial boiler water treatment facilities economic operation effect monitoring report, increased Sub-exchange resin economic operation index detection method, reverse osmosis operation index detection method, boiler scale inhibition inhibitor effect detection method Law, deleted Appendix C of the.2005 edition (see Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C, Appendix D, Appendix E, Appendix A of the.2005 edition, Appendix B, Appendix C).
