Scope

GB/T 16613-2008 is the English-translated version of 塑料试验用聚氯乙烯（PVC）糊的制备分散器法.

GB/T 16613-2008 — This standard specifies the method for producing PVC paste with a disperser. The prepared paste rheology can be used to characterize the respective special PVC Resistance, can be used as the product to establish consistency between the different methods.

This method can also be used to prepare other containing components (e.g. stabilizers) paste, but this can not be used for naming the resin paste.
