Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. This standard is GB/T 16571-1996 "cultural museums security engineering design specifications" amendment, and the standard name Changed to "museums and cultural relics protection units of the security system requirements." This standard compared with GB/T 16571-1996, the main technical changes are as follows:

--- Expanding the scope of the standard (see 1, 1996 edition of 1);

--- Required standard content increases, amended some of the terms and definitions (see 3, 1996 edition of 3);

--- Increased requirements of ancient architecture, stone carvings and cave temples, ancient cultural sites, ancient tombs and other cultural relics protection units of the security system (see 10, 11);

--- Increasing the archaeological site security requirements of the system (see 12);

--- Increased manpower requirements for preparedness and prevention entities (see 5,6);

--- Increased intrusion alarm, video monitoring, access control, sound review, dedicated communications, electronic inspection, explosion-proof safety inspection, Security management subsystems technical requirements (see 7);

--- Amendment original standard content "Engineering Design Principles", included in the standard "overall system security requirements" (see 4, 1996 edition 5);

--- Amendment original standard content "engineering technology", included in the standard "technical protection requirements" (see 7, 1996 edition of 9);

--- Increasing the requirements of the design process and the design documents (see Appendix A). The standard proposed by the People's Republic of China Ministry of Public Security and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage. This standard by the National Security Alarm System Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC100) centralized. This standard was drafted.
