Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 16563-1996 "Series 1 liquid, gas and pressurized dry bulk tank container technical requirements and test side law".
This standard and GB/T 16563-1996 "Series 1 liquid, gas and pressurized dry bulk tank container technical requirements and test methods" Compared to its main technical changes are as follows.
--- Standard name changed to "Series 1 container technical requirements and test methods liquid, gas and pressurized dry bulk tank containers";
--- Increased test bed, damping ratio, single degree of freedom system (SDOF system), impact response spectrum (SRS), the minimum impact response spectrum (Minimum SRS) and octave definition;
--- Modify 6.6 test 5 --- internal longitudinal bolt test;
--- Modify Appendix A in Figure A.8;
--- Added Appendix D "dynamic longitudinal impact test";
--- The original Appendix D to reference information.
This standard uses the translation method identical with ISO 1496-3:1995 "Series 1 container technical requirements and test methods Part 3.
Liquid, gas and pressurized dry bulk tank containers "and ISO 1496-3:1995 Amendment 1.2006" Dynamic external bolting test (longitudinal) ".
The documents of our country that are consistent with the corresponding international documents that are normative references in this standard are as follows.
--- GB/T 1413-2008 Series 1 container classification, size and quality rating (ISO 668:1995, IDT);
--- GB/T 1835-2006 Series 1 container angle pieces (ISO 1161:1984, MOD);
--- GB/T 1836-1997 container code, identification and marking (ISO 6346:1995, IDT);
--- GB/T 1992-2006 container terms (ISO 830:1999, MOD);
The standard should use the latest standards, some of the contents of this standard have the new standard as follows.
--- Table 1 The new standard is ISO 6346:1995/Revised 3.2012;
--- The latest version of ISO 668 is ISO 668:2013;
--- Appendix B (normative) content The new standard is ISO 668:2013 Appendix B.
This standard made the following editorial changes.
--- Appendix A table with the contents of the text description of the corresponding changes;
--- Standard bar and footnote in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2009 numbering.

Note. In addition to 1D and 1DX type containers, the design requirements for each type of container shall be in accordance with the provisions of 5.1.5.
a The ISO box codes for carrying special cargo tank containers are not approved by any competent authority and are classified according to the test pressure (see 6.13).
b The test pressure values listed in the table are the lowest values of the test pressure for this class. If a tank container test pressure between the lowest level and the next level Between the highest level, then use the lower level.
c Because some departments are still accustomed to using "bar" as the unit of test pressure, the test pressure of this standard is still in "bar". 1bar = 100kPa.
The d code 70 also includes tank containers that are not defined by the test pressure.
1.4 tank container mark according to the provisions of ISO 6346.
