Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 15805.3-2008 "Fish quarantine methods - Part 3. Viral hemorrhagic sepsis virus (VHSV). Compared with GB/T 15805.3-2008, this standard is subject to the following technical changes as follows.

--- Increased sampling;

--- Increased clinical symptoms;

--- Increased indirect immunofluorescent antibody test (IFAT) for detection of virality a method of hemorrhagic sepsis virus antigen;

--- Added enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect viral hemorrhagic a method of septic virus antigen;

--- Added RT-PCR and fluorescent RT-PCR detection methods;

--- Added comprehensive judgment;

--- Added a normative appendix to VHS.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the clinical symptoms, histopathological features, virus isolation, neutralization test, indirect fluorescent antibody of viral hemorrhagic septicaemia.

Tests, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction, and real-time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction were used to identify methods.

This standard applies to epidemiological investigation, diagnosis, quarantine and epidemic monitoring of fish viral hemorrhagic sepsis.
