Foreword

GB/T 15530 "copper alloy and composite flanges" series of standards consists of the following eight components.

--- GB/T 15530.1 whole cast copper alloy flanges;

--- GB/T 15530.2 copper alloy welded flange;

--- GB/T 15530.3 copper alloy plate flat welding flange;

--- GB/T 15530.4 copper alloy with a neck flat welding flange;

--- GB/T 15530.5 copper alloy flat steel welding Loose ring flange;

--- GB/T 15530.6 hemming brass and copper alloy steel welding Loose ring flange;

--- GB/T 15530.7 copper alloy flange cover;

--- GB/T 15530.8 copper alloy and composite flanges technical conditions.

This section GB/T 15530 Part 1.

This part of GB/T 2505-1989 "Marine bronze flanged (four into bit)" and GB/T 15530.1-1995 "the whole cast copper alloy Flange "revision.

This part of GB/T 2505-1989 and GB/T 15530.1-1995 main changes are as follows.

--- The original two standards into a single standard, the standard name has been modified;

--- Type flange sealing surface divided by type RF (raised face), TG type (tongue and groove) and FF-type (full flat);

--- Unified material grades, requirements;

--- According to GB/T 1.1-2000 "Standardization Guide Part 1. Standard structure and write rules," the requirements of the standard input Line rewritten.

Since the implementation of this section instead of GB/T 2505-1989 and GB/T 15530.1-1995.

1 Scope

GB/T 15530 provisions of this part of the whole cast copper alloy flanges (hereinafter referred to as flange) the type and size requirements.

This section applies to no greater than nominal pressure PN40 and Class300, working temperature not higher than 260 °C for various types of valves and fittings usage Design and manufacture of blue.

3 Type and size

Type 3.1

Press the flange sealing surface is divided into three basic types.

a) raised face (RF type) the whole copper alloy casting flange;

b) tongue and groove (TG type) the whole copper alloy casting flange;

c) the whole plane (FF type) the whole copper alloy casting flange.
