Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 15375-1994 "metal cutting machine model designation." This standard and GB/T 15375-1994 main differences are as follows:

1 Scope

GB/T 15375-2008 is the Chinese national standard on metal-cutting machine tools - method of type designation, in the field of manufacturing engineering.
