Foreword
This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2020 "Directives for standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents".
This Standard is Part 3 of GB/T 15224 "Classification for quality of coal". The following parts of GB/T 15224 have been issued:
- Part 1: Ash;
- Part 2: Sulfur content;
- Part 3: Calorific value.
This Standard replaces GB/T 15224.3-2010 "Classification for quality of coal - Part 3: Calorific value". Compared with GB/T 15224.3-2010, in addition to structural and editorial changes, the main technical changes in this Standard are as follows:
a) Change the extraction and preparation of coal sample. Add the provisions on extraction of coal seam samples. Delete the provisions on extraction of commercial coal samples (see 5.1 of this Edition, 4.1 of Edition 2010).
1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, naming and inspection of coal calorific value according to the range of high calorific value on dry basis (Qgr,d).
This document is applicable to the exploration and evaluation of coal resources. It guides the production, processing and utilization of coal.
