Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 15112-2007 "sinking winch". Compared with GB/T 15112-2007, in addition to editorial modification of the main skills The technical changes are as follows.

--- modified the winch model design method, the original marked in the "omitted" to "not marked", and the maximum tension of the wire rope value (See 3.2, 2007, 3.2);

--- Remove the basic parameters of the table in the non-friction winch its wire rope weight is greater than its static tension of some capacity parameters (see.2007 Version 3.3);

- increased the requirements for the material and mechanical properties of the worm gear and provided for the transmission of the worm gear reducer (see 4.3.3);

- modified the requirements of the working tooth surface of the worm gear reducer (see 4.1.4, 2007, 4.11);

- modified test methods and inspection rules, and added some test methods (see Chapter 5 and Chapter 6, 2007 edition of the 5).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the type and basic parameters of the sinking winch, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to the sinking winch (hereinafter referred to as "winch") for suspension equipment in coal, metal and nonmetallic shafts.
