Scope
GB/T 15062-2025 is the English-translated version of 变形高温合金 无缝管.
GB/T 15062-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering cold-drawn or cold-rolled seamless tube in nickel and iron-nickel superalloys — the grades and their smelting route, which decides the cleanliness a tube for hot service needs, the composition and the delivery condition, the room-temperature and elevated-temperature mechanical properties and the creep behaviour, the grain size and microstructure, the hydrostatic, flattening and drift-expanding tests, the ultrasonic and eddy current inspection, and the acceptance. It replaces GB/T 15062-2008, under the China Iron and Steel Association. In force from 1 March 2026. Issued on 29 August 2025, it has been in force since 1 March 2026, replacing GB/T 15062-2008.

Foreword
This document was drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 Directives for standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents.
This document replaces GB/T 15062-2008 Superalloy tube for general application and GB/T 28295-2012 General specification of superalloy tubes. This document is based on GB/T 15062-2008 and integrates the content of GB/T 28295-2012.Compared with GB/T 15062-2008, apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Alloy smelting methods have been added (see 5.1).
b) Seven alloy grades and corresponding technical requirements have been added, namely GH1131, GH3128, GH3535, GH3617, GH3625, GH4080A, and GH4169 (see Chapter 6).

1 Scope
This document specifies the ordering details, manufacturing process, technical requirements, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificate for wrought superalloy seamless pipes, and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document applies to wrought superalloy seamless pipes (hereinafter referred to as pipes) processed by cold drawing (rolling) technology.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 14992 and GB/T 30062 apply to this document.
4 Order details
Contracts for orders placed in accordance with this document should include the following information.
a) this document number;
b) alloy grade;
c) smelting methods;
d) delivery condition;
e) dimensions and permissible deviation levels;
f) specific and multiple lengths (to specify if required);
g) weight or number of pieces;
h) ultrasonic testing qualification level;
i) other special requirements.
5 Manufacturing process
5.1 Alloy smelting methods
The smelting method for the alloy shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.Other smelting methods that meet all the requirements of this document may also be used upon consultation between the supplier and the purchaser.
