Scope

GB/T 15056-2017 is the English-translated version of 铸造表面粗糙度 评定方法.

GB/T 15056-2017 sets out how the surface roughness of a casting is appraised against the cast surface roughness comparison specimens of GB/T 6060.1.

It fixes the comparison method: clean surfaces free of oil and rust, specimens of a similar alloy and process, visual comparison under illumination of not less than 350 lx, if needed with a 1x to 5x magnifier, and comparison by touch when the eye cannot decide.

The inspected surface is divided into detection units, at least 2 below 10 000 mm² and at least 20 above 1 000 000 mm², each no smaller than the specimen. It takes the roughness grades from GB/T 6060.1-1997 and covers the recording of results, but not the residual surfaces of gates, risers and pads.

It replaces GB/T 15056-1994, was issued on 1 November 2017 and has applied since 1 May 2018.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 15056-1994 "casting surface roughness assessment method." This standard and GB/T 15056-1994 phase Than, in addition to editorial changes, the main technical content changes are as follows.

--- Increasing the requirements of the detection of ambient light conditions "illumination should not be less than 350lx" (see 4.4);

--- Modify the basic requirements of the sample selection (see 5.2, 1994 version 5.2);

--- Increased the surface area is seized less than 100cm² requirements (see Table 5.2);

--- Modify the detection unit area is less than the area used when the sample approach (see 5.2, 1994 version 5.2);

--- Modify the surface of the inspected castings less than 10000mm² grade rating requirements (see 5.6, 1994 version 5.6);

--- Increased surface roughness recording requirements (see Chapter 6);

--- Added Example 4 (see Chapter 7).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the cast surface roughness parameter value level, the casting surface roughness comparison sample comparison method, the casting surface roughness The evaluation of the value of the parameter value, the recording of the test result and the evaluation of the casting surface roughness.

This standard applies to the use of GB/T 6060.1 provisions of the casting surface roughness of the sample block on the casting surface roughness test.

This standard does not apply to the gate, riser, subsidies, such as the residual surface area assessment.

2 Normative references

The following documents for the application of this document is essential. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this document. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

GB/T 6060.1 surface roughness comparison sample cast surface

3 Casting surface roughness parameter value level

Casting surface roughness parameter values should be consistent with the provisions of Table 1 in GB/T 6060.1-1997.

4 Casting surface roughness comparison sample comparison method

4.1 with the casting surface roughness in line with GB/T 6060.1 provisions of the sample, the casting surface to be inspected with a visual or tactile square Law contrast.

4.2 should be selected and cast alloy material and process similar to the sample for comparison.

4.3 was seized casting surface should be clean, the sample surface and the surface of the steel should be seized casting should not have oil, rust.

4.4 visual comparison should be carried out in the light intensity of not less than 350lx conditions, but also with the magnifying glass to observe the comparison, the magnification should be multiple Between 1 to 5 times.

4.5 When the visual comparison can not accurately determine the seized surface roughness value, you can assist the use of haptic alignment to re-confirm the roughness value. Tactile When compared with the finger on the surface of the inspected foundry and near the two parameters of the level of comparison sample surface touch, get the same feeling that level That is, the surface roughness of the value of the casting. When the surface roughness value is between the two sample values of the comparative sample, To assess.

5 Casting surface roughness parameter value rating

5.1 On the surface of the inspected casting evenly divided a number of test units, with the sample unit to test the one by one for comparison.

5.2 Divide the number of detection units shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Each test unit area should not be less than the sample area.
