Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 14709-1993 "Coated polyimide film for flexible printed circuit", compared with GB/T 14709-1993 The main technical changes are as follows:

--- Added chapter 3 terms and definitions;

--- Chapter 4 adds product categories, identification examples, and the preparation of structural content;

--- Added thickness and tolerance requirements in 6.2.3;

--- Modify the volatile content performance requirements in

6.3 to optional technical requirements;

6.3 performance requirements, after the use of the post-float and temperature cycle peel strength (optional) instead of thermal shock and dry heat treatment after the peel Strength requirements, increased chemical resistance, thermal stress (float), water absorption, volume resistivity, and electrical strength requirements;

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2036 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 Release material releasematerial A film or paper material that can be used to protect the product's surface or to support the product, which can remove and keep the surface from being damaged.
