4 Principles

Soil samples were extracted with acetonitrile. The extract was purified and concentrated by dispersive solid-phase extraction, and then diluted to volume with n-hexane. The pesticide components were analyzed by capillary colorimetry.

Column separation, detection by electron capture detector (ECD) or tandem mass spectrometry. Quantification by external standard method.

5 Reagents and Materials

Unless otherwise specified, all reagents used are of analytical grade, and the water is Grade I water as specified in GB/T 6682.
