This Part replaces GB/T 14093.4-1993 "Environmental technical requirements of machinery products industry corrosive atmospheres."

Section compared with the GB/T 14093.4-1993, major changes in the following.

1 Scope

This section provides corrosion environment industrial machinery product protection type and environmental conditions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection regulations

Then, signs, packaging, transportation and storage.

This section applies to general purpose machinery industrial products GB/T 14092.5 specified environmental conditions of use. Product categories include

Internal combustion engines, construction machinery, heavy machinery, material handling equipment, oil and general machinery, electrical products, instruments, machine tools, parts and general And so on.

This section does not apply to the presence of explosive material under special environmental conditions and marine, ships, mines, nuclear radiation used in a production environment.
