Scope
GB/T 13915-2013 is the English-translated version of 冲压件角度公差.
GB/T 13915-2013 specifies the angle tolerance grade symbols, tolerance values and deviation values for metal stamping parts, and applies to parts produced by blanking and bending of metal sheet.
Blanking angles are given six tolerance grades, AT1 to AT6, and bending angles five grades, BT1 to BT5, with tolerance values tabulated against the length of the shorter side of the angle in seven ranges from 10 mm or less to over 1 000 mm.
General angle tolerances are indicated on drawings by the standard number and grade (for example GB/T 13915-BT4); deviations may be unilateral or bilateral, and for untoleranced angles they are plus or minus half the tabulated tolerance, while normative Annex A relates the grades to material thickness.
It replaces GB/T 13915-2002, adding illustrations of blanking and bending angles and revising the English terms, the designation method, the limit deviations, the range of selection of deviations and the thickness ranges in the grade selection tables.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 13915-2002, Tolerance of angles for stampings. Compared with GB/T 13915-2002, apart from editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
- illustrations of the blanking angle and the bending angle of stamping parts have been added (see 3.1 and 3.2);
- the English translation of the title of the standard has been modified (see the cover; the cover of the 2002 edition);
- the English translations of the terms have been modified (see 2.1 and 2.2; 2.1 and 2.2 of the 2002 edition);
- the method of indicating the use of this standard in 3.3 has been modified (see 3.3; 3.3 of the 2002 edition);
- the limit deviations have been modified (see Clause 1, Clause 4 and 4.2; Clause 1, Clause 4 and 4.2 of the 2002 edition);
- the range of selection of angle deviations for stamping parts in 4.1 has been modified (see 4.1; 3.3 of the 2002 edition);
- the thickness ranges and the selected tolerances in the tolerance grade selection tables have been modified (see Annex A; Annex A of the 2002 edition).
