This Part replaces GB/T 13835.5-1992 "rabbit single fiber breaking strength and elongation test methods." This section compared with the GB/T 13835.5-1992 The main changes are as follows.

--- Modify the terms and definitions (version 1992 Chapter 3; edition Chapter 3);

--- Remove traction isokinetic strength testing machine (CRT) and the use of standards related content (1992 version 3.5,6.1.1, 6.1.5 and 9.3.1);

--- Remove Appendix A (1992 edition Appendix A);

--- Remove the test sample hairs provisions (1992 version 9.4);

--- Modify the preset humidity, the humidity and atmospheric testing standards (Edition 1992 Chapter 5; Chapter 6 of this edition).

1 Scope

GB/T 13835 in this section specifies the method for the determination of single fiber breaking strength and elongation at break.

This section applies to the determination of the average rabbit single fiber breaking strength and average elongation at break.
